Our product is a Flat Acrylic Ornament with a printed design on one side — not a 3D item. The front side is covered with a thin protective film to prevent scratches during shipping. From your photo, it appears you may be viewing the backside. Please try peeling off the film and flipping the ornament to view the correct side.
