? Why does the image look reversed or unclear?
We’ve received some messages from customers saying that the design on their plaque appears backwards or blurry upon delivery. The truth is: this is completely normal and not a defect.
? Here’s what you need to know:
✅ Your plaque is printed using a "reverse printing" method – the design is printed on the back of a clear acrylic sheet, so when viewed from the front, the image appears sharp and vibrant, while being protected from scratches.
✅ The front of the plaque is covered with a thin protective film, which is nearly invisible. If you haven’t peeled it off yet, the image may appear dull, foggy, or reversed — but rest assured, this is completely normal and part of the protection process.
? How to properly display your plaque:
Check for the protective film: Gently peel it off from the front surface of the plaque. You can check here: https://youtu.be/qxKRmJLaTBA
Face the right side out: The printed side should face backward. When placed correctly, the image will appear crystal clear and glossy from the front.
Display it in a well-lit space: This enhances the shine and depth of the design through the clear acrylic.
✅ Our Commitment:
Every item is carefully inspected before shipping.
We use high-quality printing techniques to ensure vivid colors, sharp images, and long-lasting durability.
